William Joseph Adams enlisted late in the war.
His enlistment records state that he was ‘medically boarded’ and discharged from the AIF before he got a chance to embark and serve his country. The records also state that he was officially discharged because of the demobilisation of the AIF in December 1918.
William is remembered on the Serpentine Memorial Board.
